Traditional red winemaking process, with temperature-controlled fermentation on the skins; the wine ages partly in barriques and partly in large Slavonian oak barrels; it then ages for several months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Garnet red in color with ruby ​​hues; intense and persistent nose of cinnamon, absinthe, tobacco, and rose; full-bodied and elegant on the palate, with soft, enveloping tannins and a long finish.
