Description

Grapes harvested meticulously by hand, destemming and spontaneous fermentation separated by variety, with maceration and pumping over for 5/6 days and pressing in stainless steel vats; 4/5 decanting before blending and aging in the bottle for a month.

Intense nose of berries, violets and peppers, with mineral and spicy tones; lively and elegant sip, with dense silky tannins and long persistence.
