Description

Manual selection of grapes, soft pressing, natural sedimentation, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Matures 4 years in constantly filled French oak barrels. Semi-dry wine with 85 g/l of residual sugars and total SO2 of 21 mg/l.

Tasting

Innovative Marsala, where the fruitiest and most delicate notes of the grape variety are enhanced, thanks to cold vinification, excessive oxidation is avoided, with aging in always full barrels.

Soft and blue cheeses, foie gras, scampi, desserts in general.
