Description

Manual selection of grapes, soft pressing, natural sedimentation, traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak and chestnut barrels at room temperature. A part of fresh must is enriched with brandy for the preparation of the mistella which will then be added to the wine. Over 10 years in oak barrels of different sizes.

Celery and hazelnut on the nose. Elegant and complex, it persuasively invites you to drink.
