Description

Manual selection of grapes, soft pressing, natural sedimentation, traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak and chestnut barrels at room temperature. Fortification with the sole addition of brandy obtained from the same grapes. Aged for over 27 years in chestnut and oak barrels of different sizes.

Tasting

It is a wine of extraordinary complexity and balance, such that it can be a meditation wine, to be enjoyed in a large cognac-type glass and to replace an Extra Old (XO) spirit.
