Manual harvest in wicker containers with selection in the vineyard; vinification in red and maturation for 6 months in steel; bottle aging for two years.

Intense purple color with garnet reflections; complex nose of cherry in alcohol and plum, Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs and white pepper, with notes of violet and liquorice, tobacco and cocoa; full, full-bodied and very fresh sip, with a pulpy structure and a liquorice finish.

Red meats, braised meats, game, cured meats and mature cheeses.
