BottlesManual harvesting of grapes in small crates; red vinification with maceration on the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature, with frequent pumping over; maturation in steel for approximately 9 months.
Intense ruby red colour; delicate nose, with notes of red fruit and violet. Full and juicy sip, with good structure and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Tasty appetizers, meat-based first courses, stewed or roasted meats, medium-aged cheeses.
