Description

Manual harvesting in boxes in mid-October, with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts for about 15 days; subsequent maturation in steel tanks and used tonneaux.

Tasting

Intense red colour with violet hues; nose of red fruit with spicy notes; dry and generous on the palate, with sensations of red fruits and black pepper.

Braised meats, game, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
