Harvested between mid- and late September; grapes dried in a humidity-controlled loft; soft pressing and fermentation for 40 days at a controlled temperature of 15°C, with a long maceration period of 90 days; after racking, the wine ages for 48 months in Slavonian oak barrels, then ages in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Intense and clear ruby ​​red color; nose of blackcurrant, black cherry, raspberry and plum, with spicy and roasted notes; sip of great structure and fruity imprint, elegant and balanced, with dense and velvety tannins.
