Description

Manual harvest between the second and third week of October; fermentation with maceration for 5 days at low temperature, maturation in small French oak barrels for a period ranging from 7 to 10 months. Brief rest in the bottle before marketing.

Ruby red colour, aromas rich in floral notes, fragrant and particularly drinkable on the palate.
