From six hectares of vineyard in the locality of Carmine, Scarrozza, Gunì, at approximately 300m above sea level; traditional red vinification, maturation and refinement in steel and oak barrels.
Intense ruby red color, with purple reflections. Nose of berries, black cherry and spices. Rich, savory and persistent sip.
Ground second courses, semi-mature cheeses.
