Traditional red winemaking with spontaneous fermentation; natural progression of malolactic fermentation and maturation in medium-sized oak barrels.

Very light ruby ​​red color. The nose is dominated by hints of wild strawberries and cherries, followed by notes of violet and bitter almond. The sip is fresh, with a light tannic texture and well integrated into the drink.

Aperitif, cured meats and cheeses, fried foods.
