Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard after the second half of September; soft pressing, brief contact with the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature; the wine matures in 25hl stainless steel containers until March/April, when it is bottled.

Tasting

Intense pink color. Nose characterized by floral notes, with hints of rose, geranium and violet; savory sip, with delicate acidity and light tannic sensation, with a dry and decisive finish.
