Description

The Merlot harvest generally takes place in the second ten days of September. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks, with maceration for 12-15 days at a temperature of 24°C. Maturation in steel tanks and oak barrels for 12-18 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet with aging. On the nose, ripe red fruit (blueberry, raspberry and cherry) and spicy notes of cocoa, black pepper and liquorice. Intense and dry sip, persistent and slightly tannic.

Roasts, game, stewed meat, mature cheeses.
