Description

Manual harvest in mid-September; red vinification lasting approximately 12/15 days; maturation in large 40hl barrels for 8 months, refinement for two months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; nose of berries, with light spiciness; rich sip with very soft tannins, good freshness and fruity returns.

Ground first courses, grilled or roasted white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
