Manual harvest in boxes; fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by maceration on the skins for about three weeks; the wine is partly aged in oak barriques and partly in steel for approximately 12/15 months.

Deep and brilliant red color; fresh and herbaceous nose, with notes of cherry; soft and velvety sip, with toasted and fruity aftertaste.

Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses.
