Description

The healthy and ripe grapes harvested in the first days of October are destemmed, pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins lasting 7 days at a controlled temperature and with frequent pumping over. After racking, the wine completes its alcoholic fermentation and, once the malolactic fermentation has been completed, it matures for six months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Ruby red color with purple hues. Intense nose of cut grass and green spices, with hints of berries. Full, balanced, slightly herbaceous sip.
