Description

Harvest of the grapes at the end of September; red vinification with maceration on the skins and fermentation for 20 days in large oak barrels, at a controlled temperature, with malolactic fermentation. Maturation for 24/30 months with periodic batonnage.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; nose of blueberry and raspberry, with hints of forest herbs; full-bodied and structured sip, soft and long-lasting.
