Description

Very interesting Lieux-dit, located in the northern part of the district, near a wooded area; the terroir is characterized by the strong presence of marl, with a significant part of red earth, which indicates the presence of iron oxide in the soil, and by the particularly cool microclimate. This results in a wine of great liveliness and finesse.

Tasting

Almonds, hazelnuts and honey supported by a riot of citrus, floral and mineral notes. The sip is rich but extremely elegant and persistent.

Seafood, fatty fish, traditional French creamy cheeses, cured meats.
