Description

Grapes hand-picked between October 15th and 25th. Three months of fermentation with 3% of slightly dried Malvasia skins in maceration and permanence on the yeasts for two years with periodic batonnage, in a concrete tank. Produced only in Magnum.

Tasting

Full straw color tending towards gold; very complex nose, of herbs and hay, spices and ripe fruit, with notes of almond, chamomile, honey and saffron; opulent, savoury and iodized sip, warm, enveloping, with great character and persistence.

Shellfish, grilled fish, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
