Description

Grapes harvested by hand at full phenolic ripeness, vinified in steel; tirage with the Only Grape method (using wine must instead of sugar); aging on yeasts for at least 24 months, dosage of 3.5 g/l at disgorgement, always using wine must rather than exogenous sugars.

Tasting

Bright golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage; intense and fruity nose, mineral, with notes of aromatic herbs; fresh and dynamic sip, with good flavor and persistence.
