Magnum Vigna Piezza 2021

Vigna Piezza is the most historically important vineyard of Podere Còncori, characterized by steep slopes and an exceptional microclimate, in addition to the mineral soil with a good presence of silica. The nearby Serchio river plays a fundamental beneficial role on the grapes, increasing ventilation throughout the area. The most important cru of the company, Vigna Piezza is produced only in the best years. The fermentation process occurs spontaneously and naturally, in open vats, with only punching down. The wine is then refined in small 225-liter second-passage oak barrels.
