85% Groppello Gentile, 15% Sangiovese, Barbera and Marzemino blend
First pressing of grapes from vineyard plots harvested by hand when perfectly ripe; direct soft pressing in a lung press and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel; the wine matures in steel casks and cement vats.
Light pink colour with light ruby hues; intense, fine nose, rich in floral notes of peach and ripe red fruit (strawberry, blueberry); fresh, savoury, harmonious and balanced on the palate with a saline background and slightly almondy notes.
White meat and lake fish starters, simple and fresh fish-based first courses, pizza.
