Description

Manual harvest in the second ten days of September; maceration for 12 hours, racking, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20°C for 10/12 days; the wine ages in steel for approximately 5 months.

Tasting

Pale ruby red color with violet reflections; intense nose with a strong hint of wild strawberry, violet and cherry; fresh and fruity on the palate, savory and with excellent persistence.
