100% Malvasia
The grapes are harvested and selected manually, then destemmed and delicately pressed and placed in maceration in contact with the skins for 5 days in truncated conical barrels. In these days the alcoholic fermentation begins and manual punching is carried out three times a day. After soft pressing, the wine matures in 20hl oak barrels where it will remain in contact with the fine lees for a year and a half.
Golden yellow color; broad and very characteristic nose, slightly aromatic with hints of nutmeg, peach in syrup and apricot. The sip is reminiscent of tropical fruit, very persistent, mineral, fine and harmonious.
Fried fish, shellfish, stockfish, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
