Description

The grapes are harvested and selected manually, then delicately destemmed and placed in maceration in contact with the skins for 20 days in truncated conical barrels. In these days the alcoholic fermentation begins and manual punching is carried out three times a day. Subsequently the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and the wine obtained is placed in barriques in contact with the fine lees for two years. Unfiltered, it is bottled and left to age for six months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color tending towards garnet; broad nose, with aromas reminiscent of berries, cherry jam, raspberry, with light notes of vanilla and chocolate. The sip is round and harmonious, with medium acidity and rich in tannin.

Game, spiced or grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
