Obtained from white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by sparkling wine production using the Charmat method.
A dry, structured sparkling wine, it stands out for its bright straw yellow color and intense, fine bubbles; the aroma is fruity, reminiscent of golden apples, while the flavor recalls hints of licorice, honey, and acacia.
Aperitifs, seafood appetizers, vegetarian dishes, cured meats and cheeses.
