Description

Catarratto grapes from 50-year-old plants, from biodynamic cultivation on sandy soils at 600m above sea level. Manual harvest at the end of September, vinification with Native yeasts. Good aging capacity.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense, rich and complex nose. On the palate an important acid picture, structure and elegance make it unique and strongly territorial. Nice aging potential.

Fish-based dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses.
