Manual harvest, fermentation in rotary fermenters at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 3 days; maturation in steel vats for 6 months and bottle ageing for one month.

A wine for the whole meal, especially hors d'oeuvres, soups, white meats, cold meats and cheeses.

Soft ruby red colour; fine, intense and ethereal nose with notes of roses and raspberries on a peppery background; pleasant taste, with elegant tannins, dry and slightly bitter aftertaste.
