Monte del Cuca Bianco 2020

After harvesting by hand in boxes, the grapes taken to the winery are destemmed and fermented spontaneously with their own yeasts on the skins without temperature control. Maceration between twenty-five and forty-five days on the skins. It matures on the fine lees partly in concrete tanks and partly in untoasted Slavonian barrels. Bottled unfiltered, followed by a period of refinement in the bottle.

Bright orange color; nose of ripe fruit, notes of honey, thyme, rosemary and a light spice; intense and full sip, with mineral, tannic notes and good acidity.
