Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white vinification, maturation in steel barrels and final refinement in bottles.
Brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden hues; intense, rich and complex nose; full, round and elegant on the palate, supported by a nice, refreshing acid vein.
Seafood first courses, risottos, grilled fish, baked fish.
