Grechetto
The grapes are pressed whole, with cold static decantation of the must for 24 hours; fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 15/17°C, after which it refines on the fine lees for about four months.
Made from 100% Grechetto grapes, with a deep straw yellow colour, it is an elegant wine on the nose, marked by a delicate minerality that identifies notes of peach, almond and hay. Savory, with good structure, lively acidity and intense fruity returns.
Legume and cereal soups, cured meats, fresh cheeses, white meats, grilled fish and shellfish.
