Description

Whole-berry vinification and spontaneous fermentation of grapes from approximately 15-year-old vines. One year in large Slavonian oak barrels and at least six months in bottle, unfiltered.

Tasting

A nuanced Sangiovese, characterized by dense tannins and a lively freshness, which lend it a light drinkability. The percentage of Sagrantino adds complexity and structure.
