Description

Careful selection in the vineyard; total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel with overall maceration of 30 days, with pumping over and delestage. It matures in Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months and refines in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour, aromas of red fruit, tobacco, liquorice, with a final spiciness. Structured and complex wine, with good tannin balanced by a refreshing acidity.

Grilled meats, well-structured dishes, hard cheeses.
