Description

Traditional white vinification at a controlled temperature, maturation on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, second fermentation in an autoclave with the Charmat method.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with bright reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Intense nose with juicy notes of exotic fruit and grapefruit, with a slight sensation of vanilla. Dry and fresh sip, with citrus and mineral notes, and a good aromatic persistence.

Pairings

Aperitif, light starters, rice salads, fish tartare.
