Description

The grapes are destemmed and transferred to a steel tank where they macerate for a period of approximately seven days. After the short maceration period, the skins are pressed softly to avoid the extraction of aggressive tannins. The wine remains on its fine lees for a period of approximately four months before bottling.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; small red fruits and wild herbs delicately stand out on the nose, in the mouth the sip is smooth, soft and immediate, with a beautiful freshness and flavor.

Traditional cured meats, simply cooked meats, kebabs.
