Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; destemming and soft pressing followed by immediate cooling of the must and start of fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 15 days; the wine remains on its fine lees for 4 months, and refines in the bottle for a month.
Fresh and lively wine on the palate, at the same time soft, with hints of tropical fruit and mineral notes; energetic and balanced.
Aperitif, appetizers, seafood dishes, white meats, short-aged cheeses.
