Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 20 days, conducted with Native yeasts naturally present on the grapes; spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refinement. Aging in wooden barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Intriguing nose of red fruits, vanilla and spices; Intense and rich sip, but easy to drink, with silky tannins and a refreshing acidity.
Platter of cold cuts, meat sauce, grilled red meats; also excellent as an aperitif.
