Description

Produced only in the best years from perfect bunches harvested by hand. Vinification according to the Scansanese tradition, with 20-day maceration at a controlled temperature. Aging for 18 months in barriques and at least 8 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

Tasting

It has a ruby red appearance with brick red reflections; on the nose there are hints of vanilla, toasted tobacco, licorice, black pepper, black cherry in alcohol; The sip is clean and elegant, with good complexity, with the return of hints of cocoa and coffee.
