Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Cabernet Franc 12%, Merlot 25%, Petit Verdot 3%
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes with selection of the bunches both in the vineyard and in the cellar; red vinification in steel with malolactic fermentation; the wine ages in French barriques for 18 months and refines in the bottle for a few months before being put on the market.
Intense and brilliant ruby red color, with purple reflections; nose of blackberry and blackcurrant, with spicy and balsamic notes, of licorice and white pepper; soft and intense sip, with dense and velvety tannins; long and persistent finish.
First courses based on land, stewed meats, braised meats, mature cheeses.
