100% Moscato Bianco
Brief maceration in the press at 20° C. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature until reaching 4 degrees of alcohol. After 2 years inside the well, the bottles are left to rest for a few months on the pupitre. This is followed by disgorgement, corking and a year of refinement.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense, delicate and enveloping nose with hints of acacia flowers, wisteria, peach and apricot. The palate is enveloped in fine and creamy notes; the typical aroma of the vine is never cloying.
