Moscato Bianco
Maceration for a few hours in a press at 20°C. Cold pressing and natural decantation. Fermentation at 15°C for approximately 7 days. Second fermentation in autoclave; once the secondary fermentation is finished, it rests for 10 days at -4°C; subsequent filtration and sterile bottling.
At sight it appears bright straw yellow. The nose is intense but delicate, with evident notes of sage and peach. The mouth is enveloped by the sweetness of the type, maintaining the typical fresh and thirst-quenching note.
Dessert, fresh fruit.
