Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; soft pressing with contact on the skins in the press, free-run must and first pressing only; 20% ferments in fourth passage barriques, the rest in steel; matures on the fine lees in the respective fermentation containers, with malolactic fermentation for the part in barrique; assembled in steel, it ages briefly in the bottle.

Tasting

Pink color with bright onion skin tones; nose of spices, red fruit and marine notes, fresh and vibrant sip, with aromatic acidity and savory finish.

Aperitif, appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, shellfish, grilled white meats.
