Description

Manual harvest in boxes; pressing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation at temperatures below 30°C, with 7-day maceration and manual punching down; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and in barriques of at least 4 passages; refines in bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour; complex and intense nose, with hints of undergrowth and small red fruits; fresh, structured and persistent sip.
