Description

Manual harvesting in mid-September; after 24 hours of maceration at a low temperature, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in 500-litre oak barrels; the wine then matures on the fine lees for 10 months in first and second passage tonneaux.

Tasting

Intense straw yellow in colour, nose of tropical fruits, soft, warm and full-bodied on the palate.

White meats, tasty fish dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
