Vineyards of origin: Municipality of Cembra, Valfraia area; surface area 1.50ha, planting space 3.00×0.80 with south/west exposure and altitude 550m/slm. Municipality of Segonzano Stedro area; surface area 0.467ha, planting space 0.80x 2.00 with east/south/west exposure and altitude 750s/a.s.l. Trentino pergola farming. Year of planting 1993/2002, yield per hectare 110 q/ha. Light gravelly soil of porphyritic origin. Manual harvest in 200 kg boxes. Vinification: extraction of free-run must with soft pressing, static decantation of the must for 24 hours, inoculation of selected yeasts, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, refinement in bottle for 2 months.
