Municipality of Segonzano zone Stedro; surface area 0.467ha, planting distance 0.80x 2.00 with east/southwest exposure and altitude 750m/sl. Trento pergola training system. Year of planting 1993/2002, yield per hectare 110 q/ha. Light gravelly soil of porphyritic derivation. Manual harvesting in 200 kg crates. Vinification: extraction of the first-pressing must with soft pressing, static decantation of the must for 24 hours, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16 °C. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, bottle ageing for 2 months.
