Description

The grapes are pressed and left to ferment on the pomace for at least 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28°C. The wine rests for a year in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; elegant nose, of rose, raspberry and currant, of rock, liquorice and aromatic herbs. A sip of great freshness, its subtle structure flows with pleasure and lightness.
