Manual collection in small boxes; vinification in concrete in contact with the skins, spontaneous fermentation with Native yeasts, maturation in second passage barriques for 12 months; unfiltered.

Tasting

Cherry red color; ethereal and complex nose, with fruity notes of small berries, light spices, musk, currants and raspberries; fine and elegant sip, silky, delicate and deep, with velvety tannins and a long and harmonious finish.
