Description

Manual harvest at the end of August, white vinification at controlled temperature; the wine ages in steel until the moment of draft; in the bottle on the yeasts for at least 18 months according to the Classic Method.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage; delicate nose, of lemon and cedar peel, wild fruit and toasted almonds, with barely hinted notes of yeast; taut and clean sip, with good persistence.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, raw fish, soft cheeses.
